Natas, Thanks for letting him know. If this is Raymond Bustamante that runs Rotax (Possibly Tony Kart), he owes me money. I'm very disappointed with him. This man is about 40-45 years old, about 170cm in height 73kg. He’s clean, well dressed. I never thought he would do this! We have done business several times. The last order in March 2005, he purchased FOUR Alfano Pros and FIVE Kevlar Extron Gears totaling over $1500 US Dollar. I was kind enough to give him a quantity discount and went out of my way to deliver these parts directly to him at the San Francisco Airport just an hour before his flight back to the Philippines. He paid with a check and it was returned for insufficient funds. I have reported him to the Credit Bureau but if he remains in the Philippines, it will make no difference. I’ve tried e-mailing him, calling him on the cell phone, home phone, etc., I’ve left messages, etc. etc. If anyone has purchased an Alfano Pro or parts from Raymond Bustemante, please let him know he owes Fastech-Racing $1500 US Dollar!!! You all could see the check that he wrote out here: www.fastech-racing.com/ray_bustemante.jpgIf Ray responds and pays up, I’ll be happy to retract all comments, but until then a warning to all you that are dealing with him….he is not a good man…VERY dishonest! PLEASE forward this message around so people know who this is! Regards, John Van Nghiem

Is this accusation for real? Dude, hope you find it in your head to consider paying up. We don't want to create a bad impression because of 1500 grand! I'm sure you even made some cash out of the sale of 4 alfanos! If I'm not mistaken, you even won 3rd in your class during the last race in Carmona. Shame on you! PAY-UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY TRUE!!! That is his check with his handwriting. It's hard to see, but it's stamped " Wells Fargo Drawn Against Insufficient Funds".
If someone knows him, please click on the link and print that check out for him. See if he deny's anything then!
BTW, I have 7 - 8 VERY good customers running Cadet karts in the Philippines/HongKong that I'm sure would vouch that I would never make something up like this!
Thanks!

To Fast Tech Racing:
I suggest you take up the matter with the Philippine Karting Assosiation. I'm sure they will accommodate you because they will not tolerate such behavior. With the check that you have shown I don't think he can deny what he has done. Pls. get in touch with the asso. before they issue Bustamante his license for the 2006 season. I heard that this guy owes some suppliers here and they had to seek help form the association. IT WORKED

To Fast Tech: I think its best to go direct to AAP as they are the ones who issue licenses. PIKA might support if they are informed of the situation. Thanks for the reply perspective!
I e-mailed them and asked to take a look at this forum with all the details. I'm not sure if they'll be able to do anything.
I just ask anyone that may know him to pressure him to pay-up.
Greatly appreciated!
